Czaple 100, 80-298 Gdańsk www.termagroup.pl TERMA bildet Arbeitskräfte in weniger als 3 Jahren aus: Schleifen, Schweißen, Kran- und Gabelstapler fahren seien als Beispiele genannt. Internes Training schafft Vielseitigkeit  von Kompetenzen, Spezialwissen und Fähigkeiten, welche die Karriere fördern. Konstrukteure benötigen ein Polytechnikstudium. Herr Pawel, Frau Magdalena, Frau Agnieszka und Frau Anna zeigen hochinteressante Einblicke in die Heiz- körperproduktion unterschiedlichen Designs: - Rohre unterschiedlichster Querschnitte  werden automatisch abgelängt, - ein Laser schneidet Verbindunglöcher - Rohre werden gebördelt oder angefast - Abkantbänke spucken Blechprofile aus - Automaten formen Bögen oder rechte Winkel - Rohre werden automatisch in die Rahmen gepresst und “geheftet” - Fittinge, Deckel einpassen - Lötdrahtringe anbringen - ab in den Lötofen bei 1100° C - Überprüfen der Maßhaltigkeit und Richten - Dichtigkeitsprüfung bei 14 bar - Schleifen und Sandstrahlen - Wahl: Pulverbeschichtung oder Vernickelung - Endabnahme + Barcode und Verpackung Ein besonderer Produktionszweig ist die Produktion gusseiserner Radiatorensegmente. Herr Krzysztof erklärt die Arbeitsschritte: - Positivform, - Negativform - Gipsabguss zur exakten Bearbeitung - Epoxyform, - Silikonform, - innere Form - Spezialformensand (Quarz + Kohlenstoff) - Zwischenraum für den eigentlichen Guss - Prüfung auf Verunreinigung oder Fehlstellung - Gewindeschneidmaschine 4 Stück/30Sekunden - Feinarbeit mit Schleifen und Bürsten Wir danken dem großartigen Team von TERMA  für die uns gewidmete Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit sowie Feedback an Schüler und Lehrkräfte!

Czaple 100, 80-298 Gdańsk www.termagroup.pl TERMA is educating the workers in less than 3 years. Grinding, welding, transport by crane or forklift are examples of professions. Internal training for workers offers diversification of competencies, special knowledge and abilities, which causes career steps. Constructors or engineers need education at a polytechnic high-school or a university. Mr Pawel, Ms Magdalena, Ms Agnieszka and Ms Anna show an impressive marvelous insight in high interesting production for heating elements in different design: - Pipes of different cross-section are cut automatically - Connection holes are cut into profiles by a laser - Pipes are tapered or lathed for fitting into profiles - Sheet bending machine follows for additional parts - Bending automates create rectangle or round shape - Pipes are pressed automatically into profile frames - Pipes are punctually welded - Fittings and lids are added - Rings of welding wires are put round the pipes - The assembled parts look already like a radiator - This assembly meets a soldering furnace at 1100° C - The lines are checked and straightened if necessary - Tightness-check under water at 14 bar - A grinding station follows before sandblasting - Select Powder-Painting or Precious Metallsurface - Final check + barcode before packing for delivery A very special department is the iron cast production  line for radiator segments. Mr Krzysztof explains the steps of preparation: - positive form, - negative form - plaster, which is to be shaped exactly - epoxy form, - silicon form, - inner form - special sand as a mixture of sand and carbon - cavity, where the iron is to be cast in - check for pollutions or positioning mistakes - adding four threads by a machine within 30 seconds - finishing by grinding and brushing We have to thank this marvelous team of TERMA for spending time and attention and a lot of advice to the students and feedback to the group of teachers!
