Diverse Social Games, especially the SocialGamesBoxComception, have been disseminated: UKSH (Clinic), S.I.S (Seniors in Schools), some schools, Institution Kreisau-Initiative e. V. in PL and DE, some private persons and all participants have been presented. We consider to contact editors of school-material and companies. COMPUTER-based SocialGamesBox with Gameboard Checkpoint could achieve higher impact than classical games. Presentation Tool and Mobility Tool Content of PRESENTATION TOOL (public use) and report-part of MOBILITY TOOL (internal and EU-use) must follow APPLICATION / INTERIM REPORT. Both are to be realized by DE under assistance of all partners. Financial Rules, Rules of Budget Transfer, Performance of the announced activities in the application are the INITIAL TRIGGERs, which must be  reported as a proof for legal budget use (250 € per month.) The level of this amount had been checked by the EU during proof of the application. There is no need of bills, because the INITIAL TRIGGERS show the quality of the projects progress. We have to declare in case of not realized activities in comparison to the application, why we did not perform an announced activity or why we did another one, otherwise the budget will become shortened! 20%-Rule of budget shift for example means: If you increase the mobility budget from 9000 € to 10800 €, you have to decrease the administration/management budget from 11500€ to 9700€. Mobility is paid as lumpsum 575 € per event: Certificates of attendance, approvable tickets, agenda and report of meetings are necessary proofs. Definitions Working on the open frames in details, following the APPLICATION and the INTERIM REPORT, we decided, to assign - if applicable - results as INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS, although not part of the project-contract.

Veröffentlichung / Verbreitung von Projektergebnissen LT beabsichtigt, DIE EINE GEMEINSAME OFFIZIELLE WEBSITE KCIUE zu erstellen. SPRACHWAHL EN, DE, GR, LT, PL ist beabsichtigt. Alle nationalen Aktivitäten sollen abrufbar sein. Längere Textpassagen sollen hinter “weiterlesen”-Popups versteckt werden. Die Partner müssen ihre Beiträge  per E-Mail-Anhang oder DROPBOX in ENGLISCH und in ihrer Muttersprache an LT reichen. Für Nov. 2015 - Juni 2017 waren die Inhalte unter www.vogt-hl.de vorhanden. Die Partner sollen Fotos und Videos in Originalauflösung in die DROPBOX stellen. Diverse SocialGames, insbesondere die SocialGamesBaxComception wurden bereits verbreitet: Die Klinikschule des Universitätsklinikums, S.I.S. (Senioren in Schulen), die Kreisau-Initiative e. V. in PL und DE, Privatpersonen und die Mitwirkenden wurden bedacht. Wir erwägen, Schulmaterialverlage oder Firmen anzusprechen. Computergestützte Spiele könnten eine höhere Verbreitung und höheren Wirkungsgrad erzielen als die klassische Variante. Presentation Tool und Mobility Tool Inhalt des PRESENTATION TOOLs (öffentlich sichtbar) und Berichtsteil des MOBILITY TOOLs (interner und EU-Gebrauch) müssen dem ANTRAG und dem ZWISCHENBERICHT folgen. Diese Berichte fertigt die HGS unter Mitwirkung aller Partner. Finanzielle Regelungen, Vorschriften zum Budget-Transfer Die Umsetzung der im Vertrag dargelegten Aktivitäten ist jeweils AUSLÖSER für die rechtmäßige Nutzung des Budgets (250 € /Monat). Diese Beträge sind im Genehmigungsverfahren des Projektantrags durch die Experten der EU geprüft. Es besteht deshalb keine Notwendigkeit einer detaillierten Belegführung. Nicht durchgeführte angekündigte Aktivitäten müssen begründet und Änderungen erklärt werden; andernfalls wird das Budget gekürzt. Die 20%-Regel für Budget-Verschiebungen besagt z. B.: Wird das Mobilitätsbudget von 9000 € auf 10800 € erhöht, muss das Budget für Administration/Management von 11500€ auf 9700€ gesenkt werden. Mobilitäten werden auf der Basis von Pauschalen mit 575€ abgerechnet: Dafür sind Teilnahmebescheinigung, Ticket, Tagesordnung und Protokoll nötig! Definitionsfragen Während unserer Arbeit am Mobility Tool, auf der Basis von Antrag und Zwischenbericht, haben wir entschieden, auch geistige Leistungen als solche zu markieren, auch wenn diese nicht Teil der  Projektvereinbarung sind.
