CONRADINUM besucht HGS Lübeck 14. - 19. Januar 2018 Praktikum in Kooperation mit der Firma SLM Solutions Group AG, Roggenhorster Str. 9c, 23556 Lübeck https://slm-solutions.de Der Mittwoch, ein knallharter, eiskalter Tag für die beteiligten Lehrkräfte! Das lokale ERASMUS+ Team hatte am 6. Juli 2016 eine Exkursion in das DIALOGHAUS Hamburg durchgeführt und als gemeinsame Aktivität  für ein Meeting aufbereitet. Nun sammelte das internationale Lehrkräfteteam im DIALOG im STILLEN persönliche Erfahrungen. Kommentar einer Kollegin: “Die Aufgabenstellungen im DIALOGHAUS habe ich als eine Art Test bezüglich meines persönlichen Erfolges im Rahmen unseres Projekts erlebt; eine authentische Situation!” Ergänzend wurden architektonische und kulturelle Eindrücke in unserer großen Hanse-Schwesterstadt gesammelt. Die Elbphilharmonie war ein fester Programmpunkt; die Sicht über die Stadt entschädigte für das Schmuddelwetter. Waldtraut führte durch die Speicherstadt - ein historischer Abriss über Handel und Wandel der Hansestadt. Optionen wie olfaktorische oder visuelle Verkostungen im Gewürzmuseum oder im Miniaturwunderland boten Anlass für regen Austausch am Abend. Herzlich begrüßten wir die französische Kollegin Laurianne Richard im Brainstorming für zukünftige Projekte, z. B.: FÖRDERUNG DEMOKRATISCHER GESELLSCHAFTSFORMEN FÜR EINE GEMEINSCHAFT IN SOZIALER ACHTSAMKEIT - Geschichte der Demokratie in den Partnerstaaten - (Un-)Abhängikeit der Lehrkräfte:    Starres Curriculum (Vorteil vergleichender Kontrolle,       Übertragbarkeit und Kontinuität im Vertretungsfall)    versus    Freiheit von Didaktik und Methodik (klientenzentriertes,     individualisierendes, intuitives Lehren und Lernen mit    hohem Grad an Motivation im Zeitalter der Inklusion). - Vergleich der Schülervertretung in den Partnerstaaten:    Verantwortung, Rechte,    Einfluss auf das      Schulleben - Einführung oder    Wiederbelebung    der Mitwirkung von      Schüler/innen in Gremien    der Schule oder des    Schulwesens.

CONRADINUM meets HGS  Lübeck 14^th - 19^th of January 2018 Vocational Experience in cooperation with SLM Solutions Group AG, Roggenhorster Str. 9c, 23556 Lübeck https://slm-solutions.com Wednesday, an extremly hard and cold day for the participating teachers. The local ERASMUS+ Team had prepared an excursion on  6^th of Juli 2016 to the HOUSE OF DIALOGUE in Hamburg as an event for a seminar during a meeting. Now the international team of teachers had the opportunity of quite personally experiences in the DIALOGUE IN SILENCE. Comment of a colleague: “The experience of those tasks in the “House of Dialogue” was a kind of test for my personal success in the frame of our project; authentic situation!” Additionally to the seminar architecture and culture of our big Hanse-Sister Hamburg had taken place. The Elbphilharmonie was a fixed topic; the view over Hamburg was a compensation against the bad weather. Wally guided a walk through the “Speicherstadt” as a historical overview concerning trade-development. Optionally olfactory and visual degustation in Spicy Museum and Miniaturwonderland offered occasions for exchange of impressions during the evening. Luckily we got in contact with Laurianne Richard, a French colleague, who contributed ideas to a future project, e.g.: FOSTERING DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY OF SOCIALLY AWARE CITIZENS - History of democracy in the partner-countries - Teacher's (in-)dependence:    Strict lesson plans (easy to evaluate, copy and take over     in case of teacher's absence etc.)    versus    independent teaching (more intuitive, creative and    tuned into students' needs etc.). - Compare students' councils in partner schools:    responsibilities,   rights, influence on   school life etc. - Install or revive   students´   committee work   structures   at school.
