Kommunikationsmängel bescheren Konflikte;
Richtung/Zirkulation, Zusammenballung/Verteilung

Ballett is high performance of body language
„The Swallow“ by Anton Tschechow
in a contemporary choreography by John Neumeier.
In order to avoid problems
caused by licence conflicts,
we show an impression
by geralt (CC-0)
instead of photos
from the choreopraphy.
Thanks to Gerd Altmann!
Evaluation related to our projects goals:
How far does the Ballett reflect our projects topic KCIUE?
Ballett represents high performance of body language.
How far is the story connected to our projects topic?
The story arises out of lacks of communication.
This is - besides the aspect bodylanguage - the content-relation to our project.
What is contemporarily relevant?
Lacks of communication cause conflicts;
emoptions of love
without response cause frustration.
Is it fun?
Yes, we experienced the choreography rich in variety.
Is it thrilling?
Silence/movement, line/wave, ahead/back,
direction/circlulation, cluster/dispersion
are catching the eye of the visitors.
What about the relation of music and message?
The choice of music from Schostakowitsch, Tschaikowsky, Skrjabin und Glenne
seems to be ingeniously inspriring.
What about costuming and message?
The costumes complement the choreographical characteristics of the persons
by hints on their profession; so we get indirect information of their names.
What about
stage set, curtains and colours in the scenes?
Colour and shades of grey, plain and stage-riser, column and traverse
underline the szenes unadorned and impressing.
We have been allowed to experience
a large variety of nonverbal expression
on highest level.
Applause to the artists,
applause to everyboy “backstage”!
